Default Beat RE: Sleeping, advice needed

Beat: I have problems sleeping with noise, I have to deal with alot of crying, its either the Mrs, the baby, or sometimes myself.

But this crying yourself to sleep thing doesn't really work.

So, BBV4Lyyyyfe, please can I have your suggestions on how to sleep better?

I tried earplugs, they are ok, but then I can't wake up and I once lost my job for being regularly late due to this, (but that's another story) so I only wear those on the weekends.

This leaves me like a zombie during the week.

Any suggestions?

if this is serious (which it isn't)
try consuming less caffeine, possibly take some melotonin

I used to do I-Banking so I feel your pain. My serious suggestion is to stay up a full 40 hours. Workout, stretch. Get some fresh air and open windows slightly. Then go to sleep 9.5 hours before you're desired regular wake time. This may require a sick day. It's worth it. When you wake GO OUTSIDE in SUN and stretch/workout/eat a light meal, get a shower. Keep the routine. If you cant get regular, you may have to resort to an oxygen bar and green tea every morning, in addition to stretching and working out OUTSIDE.

Try getting plenty of exercise a little bit before you go to sleep. For example, go on like a 2-3 mile jog, come back, take a shower, and you'll probably be good to go.

Melatonin used to be piss me off...I'd take it and wake up every hour on the hour all night long. I would suggest cutting off a diff finger every day and falling asleep/passing out from loss of blood over godforesaken Melatonin.
