1) $500,000, it would bother me for awhile but the $$$ would help me get over it.

2) 0, most likely, the right people and I would consider for a very large amount.

5) $10,000,000, leg prosthetics are pretty amazing. I feel like I could be more than functional with one, and live an active fulfilling life.
