Question: I've read posts before where people said to wait to raise the (safe) turn. In what sort of situations do you want to do this? Should you always be in position (unlike posted hand)?

As I understand it you "wait for a safe turn card" to raise in situations where there is much more of the deck that can kill you or that can kill your action. Here you have a strong hand and you want to get bets in.
