Sigh... at this point how far are we from a machine that just spits out pre-dealt hands like a Caribbean Stud table, leaving the dealer only to hand them out?
One question I wonder if one of the dealers here can answer for me: Shuffling by hand less frequently is generally better for the long term health of your hands and joints, yes? The repetetive motion of riffling a deck a thousand times a day must get painful after a while.

They should be riffled once when they come out of the machine, not before. Riffling them before is like washing your hands before you poop but not after. -J [/ QUOTE ] Riffling them after is like washing your hands right after you washed your hands.
