As far as I know there is no 10% rule. The rule I have heard is the 5/10 rule.

If the raise is for less than 5% of your stack it is always a clear call and if the raise is for more than 10% it is always a fold.
If it is somewhere in between 5 and 10, then it depends. Position, skill, PFR and your chance of getting his stack if you hit.

That SEEMS to be reasonable, but we don't calculate the true EV here because there are so many different things that can happen, but I would like to see someone express why Xbb is a call beyond having a hunch that it's profitable.
