Someone knows how party's stockprice has been affected by these recent screwups

[/ QUOTE ]

the recent pending legislation against online gaming was the driving force in Party's downward slide last week ...if there is even a remote chance that the legislation will stick Party will tank hard. Right now the stock is telling us all is safe at least for now.

If the software issues continue the stock will feel it no doubt..but my feeling is it isnt a huge factor for most serious long term investors.

They also just paid $250 Million to resolve the whole Empire deal. $150M of that is a charge for the settlement of the lawsuit and $100M for Empires players..thats about $1429 per player for ~70,000 players that is weighing on the stock as well.

The resolution of the Empire thing and last weeks news of pending us legislation is much more important to the stock even if at most a couple hundred players' pc's get trashed.

I think in general the upgrade has gone over much better than depicted on this forum and in 2-3 weeks it will be a non-factor unless something on the back-end goes horribly wrong.

UK:PRTY

Also if you want to find something to gauge for the chance that any pending us anti-gaming legislature will stick watch Party's stock every day.

"What Party owes its players"...

I expected to open this and find a blank page. Party doesn't owe you anything. Period.

Read the thread. Then reply with assinine comments. People made a lot of good points on what and why PP should do to resolve this issue. If you disagree, explain.

Well of course they don't "owe" us anything but it would be wise of them to stop being [censored] morons and actually listen to their customers sometimes.

Just don't be one of the ones bitching the next time party makes some screw up and everyone on this forum tramples each other to screw them over like with the cruise fiasco.

Ok, I downloaded it late in the day on the 16th and I think I have v90. When I looked under Help>Client it says 90/90... The thing is, it installed to C:/programfiles/partygaming. I haven't had any problems yet and I want to keep it that way, so what's my line?
