Hello Peter,

We sincerely apologize for the ongoing delays that you are experiencing
with receiving your
overdue check. We have asked our check processors to investigate this
matter so that we can
give you a concrete answer as to when you can expect your check to
arrive. according to our
spreadsheet it does show that your check was sent out.

Again, we apologize that you have had to wait this long as it was due to
the direct result of
us not having a check processor that could meet all our needs and then,
finally, locating one
that could. This caused a very large backlog resulting in some very
lengthy delays and some
players not receiving their checks.

We have sent this request to our new processors as urgent, as we want to
ensure that all
checks reach their destination.

We appreciate your ongoing patience and, again, we apologize for the
time that you have had
to wait. We will contact you back with further information when our
processors inform us as to the
whereabouts and expected delivery of your check.

Regards,

Debbie

Lol, I'm not entirely sure, because I just skimmed through it, but I believe that is the same e-mail OP got, word for word. Seems this may be happening to a lot of people.

Still have not gotten my January 24, 2007 check. A few days ago, I got the form email saying FTP was sending the matter to their check department and marking it as "urgent", but I have yet to hear back from them since. I wonder what the term "urgent" means to FTP.

How about you guys? Anyone had any luck or further communication with FTP?

I am still getting the run around from Full Tilt. Their communication to me is inconsistent and the customer service is horrible. I get a new date my check was supposedly sent out every other email. I think I have been given five or six supposed delivery dates ranging back to January up until various days in March. What kind of service is this?

My later emails to Full Tilt have expressed real frustration, but I always try to remain completely polite, and I do not swear. I have plead for help, but nothing seems to work.

I have asked Full Tilt for both the check number and the mail tracking number. They won't give me either. Instead, Full Tilt just keeps repeating the same mantra over and over to me: "We have sent your inquiry to department X. We will get back with you as soon as possible. In the meantime, we thank you for your continued patience." This statement was acceptable for a while, but Full Tilt has been repeating essentially this same thing for two+ months. It's getting old.

Ugh, I thought I was immune to the BS, but it appears one of my checks hasn't shown up and is fairly long overdue now.

I ordered one early in march (after ppl started reporting checks actually arriving), received it 2wks later, cashed it, no problems.

Soon after I ordered 2 more within a couple days of each other. I've only received one, and it's been well over a week since I received the first of the two. I actually suspect that the check I received was the second one I requested and the first is missing somewhere, based on the dates when the checks were cut.

I just reluctantly ordered 2 more this week. I've already written to support once about the missing check, they seemed to brush it off and honestly it hadn't been that long yet. I'm planning on some more strongly worded e-mails next week. I still have a bunch of money on FTP I need out (still actively playing there profitably too), and ePassporte seems totally unreasonable (and very unwilling to act as a cashout device).
