Default FTP owes me $5,000, still waiting...

Here is a copy of some of the recent correspondence. I'm becoming slightly annoyed. The emails are in order from oldest to newest going down. Their response is followed by my inquiry in each except for the one from "Debbie" that she sent all by herself. WTF

Hello Jared,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker's Customer Support.

Your check has already been processed and sent and I assure you that it
will be there by the end of this week, if not early next week.

We appreciate your business. If there's anything else we can assist you
with, please let us know.

Regards,

John

Hello Jared,

Thank you for writing to Full Tilt Poker Support.

I have taken a look at your check status and see that it was processed
and is currently on transit.

We are well aware that a small handful of check withdrawals are taking
much longer than anticipated to be delivered to players. We are
sincerely sorry for the delay and apologize for any inconvenience this
has caused you.

Unfortunately, the check is still on route to your provided address. You
should receive your check very shortly now. In addition to this, I
forwarded the issue to a senior cashier in the event that you do not
receive the check within 48hrs. Should this occur, we will escalate the
matter in order to resolved this issue as quickly as possible.

Currently, we are still experiencing delays with our expedited check
processor, so any requests for overnight delivery will be delayed.

Again, we are very sorry for any difficulties they has posed for you and
we appreciated any understanding that you have in the matter.

If you need any further help, please let us know, and best of luck on
the tables.

Regards,

Leonardo

I just wanted to inform you that I did not receive the check this past
week. I understand that you said "if not early next week," but I'm not
quite sure how to take that. Should I contact you if I don't receive
the
check by Tuesday afternoon? Thanks again. I really appreciate the hard
work you guys do and how promptly you respond to my emails.

Jared Kenworthy

Hello Jared,

We have placed an inquiry in to our accountant and our check processors
to learn the whereabouts of your check. It definitely should have
arrived on your end by this time.

As soon as we hear back from our accountant and our processors on the
status of your check we will email you back right away to inform you.

Thank you for your continued patience and you will hear back from us
soon.

Regards,

Debbie

Hello Jared,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. It is a very rare
occurrence that such valuable checks are lost in transit to players. As
Debbie stated, we will update you the minute our processor informs us of
the check's location.

We thank you for your patience. If there's anything else we can help you
with, please let us know.

Regards,

Mike G

I'm sorry, but this is getting a little ridiculous. I did not receive
the
check today either. I realize that 5K might not be that big of a deal
to
Full Tilt, but it really means something to me. I enjoy your site and
software, but if this situation is not handled promptly, I will take my
business elsewhere. Thank you.

A little over a month isn't that unusual for these sites, especially given the current climate. Give it a few more weeks before you really begin to raise alarm bells.

PM FTPSean. He's been intervening on some instances where the delays have been horrific. Not that it will fix the problem, but might get it a little more attention.

It is when people requesting checks in March are getting them in about a week.

got this one today

Hello Jared,

We sincerely apologize for the ongoing delays that you are experiencing
with receiving your
overdue check. We have asked our check processors to investigate this
matter so that we can
give you a concrete answer as to when you can expect your check to
arrive.

Again, we apologize that you have had to wait this long as it was due to
the direct result of
us not having a check processor that could meet all our needs and then,
finally, locating one
that could. This caused a very large backlog resulting in some very
lengthy delays and some
players not receiving their checks.

We have sent this request to our new processors as urgent, as we want to
ensure that all
checks reach their destination.

We appreciate your ongoing patience and, again, we apologize for the
time that you have had
to wait. We will contact you back with further information when our
processors inform us as to
the whereabouts and expected delivery of your check.

Regards,

Debbie
