I got it from Credex Security (http://www.credex-security.co.uk/vgs111.html) from the UK. It was really one of the only car suitable smoke generators I was able to find. Credex's got great service and everything so they're highly recommendable.

But that truck does no good against my GPS/GSM tracker that'll automatically call 911 if the car is moved. 911 can then track the car through GPS anywhere it goes. Furthermore they can send an SMS to the car ordering the engine to stop/lock the next time the car comes to a stand still.
