wow.
I am simply shocked that all of you would would pick up warm excrement (that is non human, and most likely gooey) with your hand covered in a bag.

I'v owned my dog for 5 years and have never picked up its crap. Nor do I plan to. Regardless of where it goes.

[/ QUOTE ]

I know a nice cemetary that you can bury your dog in when it dies.

Actualy, probably not fair to your pet. Die in a pire of flamming dog [censored] and OOT stars leave him to me in your will.

Glad you're taking the responsibility of owning a pet with due seriousness and whole-heartedly.

Based on your previous posts, this attitude from you does not surprise me in the least.

good god, clean up his [censored] [censored]. It doesnt matter that no one else does. People don't need to live in a [censored] infested complex because you've got issues with authority.

My neighbors don't have signs in their yards asking me to pick up my dog's [censored] if she drops one there, yet I still am decent enough to do it.

And for those afraid of picking dog [censored] up with a bag, buy a pooper scooper.

You were a douche, so she fined you. So what do you do? Pay the fine like a douche. Glad to see you are being consistently douchey.

According to Federal Law a person may reject payment in pennies. They must take it if it's in nickles.
