I am looking at Hand 1 and not really digging a raise. I think with the CO and SB both being somewhat loose(more worried about getting cold called by the CO) that I am not going to like the result often enough.

Hand 2 I am ok with a raise. The SB is a bit of a problem with his looseness. I don't want to attempt to isolate and end up with a 3-way pot.
