Three crap non-negative advantage plays:

1) If a player playing the pass line does not take odds (or does not take full odds) and allows you to place odds. The player is taking all the house edge, you are getting a break even 0 EV bet.

2) Sometimes don't players will "call off" a number. Sometimes you can convince them to not call their bets off, but allow you to buy them. Once a don't point is established, you have the advantage. Give the player the amount of his bet, and if it wins tell him you get to collect it.

3) Some Casinos (in some parts of Canada, on cruise boats, etc.) have a closing time. When the closing time comes, all gambling must stop. At the craps table, the box will announce "Last Roll" or "Just Three More Rolls". Bet on the come. You have the advantage on the come-out roll. After the roll, if there is no decision, all the remaining bets are returned to the players and the table closed.

If you are on a table where someone is playing the pass line and he lets you place Odds behind his wager, then You do have an advantage.

You don't have an advantage. the EV is 0 on the odds bet.

The only way I know of is if you find somebody making don't bets and taking them down after the come-out roll, and buying them from him. The house lets you take down a don't bet after the come-out, because you are a favorite to win after the come-out. I haven't played a lot of craps, but I've never seen anybody actually do this. I also don't know whether the house would let you buy the don't bets from a player who was taking them down.

If you have two match-play coupons and a partner, one of you can bet don't pass, and the other bet pass, and you will make money unless there is a 12 on the come out.

As far as standard bets on the craps table, the odds bet has an EV of zero and everything else is negative. In order to make an odds bet, you have to make a -EV line bet. So, how can you add zeros and negatives and come up with a positive? Hint: You can't.
