Since you are heads up I would not cap preflop with JJ.
But...I would raise the flop.If I get reraised bye bye,if not I suppose I have the best hand at the moment and continue accordingly. |

The fewer playing you are up against, the more your raising range should be expanding, not shrinking (this is true for a regular raise as well as 3-bets and caps). |
