Since you are heads up I would not cap preflop with JJ.
But...I would raise the flop.If I get reraised bye bye,if not I suppose I have the best hand at the moment and continue accordingly.

The fewer playing you are up against, the more your raising range should be expanding, not shrinking (this is true for a regular raise as well as 3-bets and caps).
