Default JJ Capped preflop, lead into on flop

This is BB's third hand at the table. No stats or reads.

PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">6 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, BB calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, Hero...

I figure that I'm beat by almost any legitimate preflop 3betting hand with the possible exception of AQs (and the unlikely JJ). Then again, he could be reraising in the BB with any medium pair or who knows what if he thinks I'm stealing.

What do I do here?

without any reads, i'd fold here as well. if you do want to continue, i'd call and then raise/fold a blank turn.

Well...

AK - 8
AA - 6
KK - 1
TT - 3

QQ - 6

So somewhere you need to find around about 12 other hands that he could play this way.

Who knows, I don't know how to play blind steals/defenses.

I think this idea of calling then raise/folding a blank turn is definatly silly. You wont fold a better hand and you may fold a worse hand.

I guess you just have to fold this flop.

Hey, I can't count. It looks like you need to find something like 18 hands you are infront of to continue.

Also, perhaps a raise would fold QQ. I still don't like it though because that is the only hand that might fold that you are behind.

This is a really fast simple grunch.

If he's sane, his entire capping range beats you. I don't think you'll be happy with the alternatives to folding.

AQ... there is 16
Maybe even some lower PP's like 99, 88, etc...
Or maybe AT is in there...

Really though, it is a 9.5 bet pot when it is bet into you on the flop. I really hate just laying this down to this bet. The flop bet would make me think that he doesn't have a K and makes me think he has some pair. He could have a hand like AA or QQ(especially sine he is betting into the capper). It just seems to me against an unknown that there is enough uncertainty to call down, but I might just being having an emotional reaction to folding to a flop donk bet after capping PF.

It was hero that capped pf. To villian the open raise from CO could just look like a blind steal. So the 3bet from the BB could be a blind defense which would make his 3bet range wider. In a blind defense BB could be leading any flop. I'm not yet convinced you're beat. I could see a calldown here.
