As we already notified you, we experienced a site wide problem on March 4.
Since you are a valued customer and we always try to make good
when site wide problems occur, a $71 refund for the problems in
tourney #43985004 has been credited to your account at this time.

I was at quite a few tables when Stars went down and I have gotten nothing. Only one reply a day ago to one of a few emails I sent them.

Hi folks -
You can do us (and yourselves) a big favor: please don't send multiple emails asking about the same refund. When we go down like this, we get <u>swamped</u> with emails (as you might imagine). It's all hands on deck and people pull all kinds of overtime and skip breaks to reply to emails and process refunds.

But here's the thing: if you email us multiple times, all it does is fill the pipe up more; somebody has to answer that email.

I assure you that our customer service people are working their butts off even more than usual to get everybody's refunds processed. Nobody is going to slow down until all the refunds are done. But if you send multiple emails about the same refund, it slows everything down.

Here's the situation - we think we're going to have all the refunds cleared out in about 72 hours. Please give us until then - the moment we've emptied the refund queue, I'll bump this thread and let y'all know.

We hate letting our players down by site downtime and we're working like crazy to get refunds out. You have our promise we won't rest until they're all handled.

Why didn't you guys cancel the tournaments (multi tables and single table) like the day before (saturday) and refund every one's money still in the tournament based on your policy? ( 50% of the award pool distributed evenly between remaining players, 50% of the award pool distributed proportionally according to the chip count) Seems like you're going of your way to make it a huge hassel. I'm still not playing any hands on Stars till I get a refund. UB and Bodog thank you.
