has anyone had their stars tournament money refunded?

Its been a few hourse since the stars crash and i have send them a few emails. no reply and no money yet. Anyone have any luck?

I have also sent them an email and haven't received a response. I figure they were hit pretty hard with emails so I waited a few hours to see if any corrections would be made, after about 3 hours I went ahead and sent them something. My account hasn't been changed. I'll give them through tomorrow and then i'm going to email them again if I haven't received a response. I guess with the severe nature and the length of the "crash" today its going to take them some time to sort everything out and figure out who is owed what.

Yes, I have had tourney $$ returned, it was only for a couple buyins in some SnGs I was in, but still. This was a few months back but I'm sure they'll return every buyin they were responsible for.

I just received a reply from them saying they would have a supervisor look into my situation and get back to me within 48 hours. Kind of strange since this happened to me once before and they refunded my money within a couple of hours with no need to send an email on my part.

Has anyone heard from pokerstars today? I figured they wouldn't have the whole thing sorted out, but I figured at least some action would have been taken by now.

Nothing as of yet....still waiting. I also agree that people should not have to go chasing around and emailing stars support, when it was obvious that the site going down caused some kind of issue for every player on there at the time. IMO They should have simply taken back all the winnings from all the tournaments running at the time, and re-distributed the buy-in's and buy-in fees back to the players, unfortunately this is looking less and less likely.

I got a full refund for the $11turbo rebuy I was playing. Came through 2hours ago.
