You would want to jam on every street (if anyone lets you), although just calling third at first makes a certain amount of sense, since you want to let people in and being isolated against an ace is not that great. I'd probably cap on third though. Dead cards or not, you have one of the monsters of this game.
It's just about impossible that a straight low flush draw on 5th is not the favorite over anything short of trips, regardless of how dead your cards are. If you want to make spiteful counterexamples about 5 hearts, four twos, and three sevens being dead then that's your business. Even if you were a slight dog on 5th, you may get a free card on 6th by playing aggressively, so you can't go wrong there.
