Basically what everyone else said: You got to raise the flop big, to around 26-27. Check behind if the heart hits on the turn (and only call a very small river bet), otherwise overbet push the turn.

If the villain's a donk, you could be very right. Which is another reason to raise the flop, b/c it gives the villain a chance to 3bet push while you're sure you've got the nuts.

Villain would 3-bet with AA. He did that few hands before. And he played his aces quite cautiously after his flop bet got called.
