Are you serious? How have you been treated poorly? Not getting your check in precisely when you want it is not being treated poorly. FTP cannot do everything you want when you want it. There are processes they must go through to get check processors, etc.

Are you serious? Do you even read these forums? This has nothing to do with processes that need to be followed, or anything like that. It's a simple matter of deciding that your customers are worthy of respect, and that it's worthwhile to communicate with them in an open, honest, and timely manner. It all starts with simple decency.
