Not getting your check in precisely when you want it is not being treated poorly. FTP cannot do everything you want when you want it. This has nothing to do with processes that need to be followed, or anything like that. It's a simple matter of deciding that your customers are worthy of respect, and that it's worthwhile to communicate with them in an open, honest, and timely manner. It all starts with simple decency. |
