Re: FTP Answers 2/22
Doug I greatly appreciate this. The only problem I have is that we were kept in the dark way to long. I am glad that I should be getting my check sometime next week through express delivery. I would also hope in the future you will come and talk to us quicker and at least keep us updated. When you make us wait of course the pessimists and conspiracy theories will start. When I get my check my skepticism will stop. Thanks

"All delayed checks will get express delivery free of charge and hopefully will be delivered by the end of next week."
Will there be an express delivery option for all checks? Understandably there will be a fee, but the big turn off is the 25-30 days. |

Re: FTP Answers 2/22
thanks for the update... I know it's been addressed before.. but never really answered in full... rakeback for those who signed up without it a while ago?
In other words... any progress on what you had in the works? Also, new sng's (rebuy sng's? 3.30's <regs, turbos, PLO, etc)? and maybe another turbo level inbetween the 12's and 24's? |

Re: FTP Answers 2/22
Hi Doug,
As I asked last time can you improve your interface for the cashout page? It is disconcerting to see that withdrawels will go back to the source of the deposit when my deposits were made with Neteller. It would be very helpful if the first screen the user sees when he requests a cashout is a list of available options for the cashout which he could then click on to choose. It would also be helpful if you could get a cashout by check through that interface instead of having to email support. Thanks. |

Re: FTP Answers 2/22
Also wanted to chime in for an express delivery option for checks. I think these should be free (if you are withdrawing a certain amount like 1k or more) as it is reasonable to want a cashout in a few day time frame and we are obviously paying a lot to the site in rake. Making them free also would be a nice goodwill gesture after the difficulties cashing out we have experienced. Thanks!

Re: FTP Answers 2/22
Doug... I don't play on your site because I don't get any rakeback on my current account. I signed up directly through www.fulltilt.com and thus I have no 'affiliate'. If you can help me switch to an affiliate I will start playing there again. Otherwise, I feel stupid playing at a disadvantage from everyone else.

[ QUOTE ] 7. I am not asking Full Tilt for disconnect protect, because I know a lot of people cheat that way. What I am asking for is to extend the time someone who is disconnected has to act based on the size of the pot. So if its a big pot, why not give someone who is disconnected a few more seconds? - This project is in full swing. We'll be adding a disconnect timebank. If it all goes according to plan, this should be live within 2 months. [/ QUOTE ] On this note, could you add a time bank system similar to the one stars has? I think the time to act on FT is generally appropriate, but occasionally (maybe once every 50 table hours or so), I come accross a spot where I actually have to stop and put my opponent on a range of hands and figure out my equity against them, etc. This takes longer than the time allotted, and I think it's fair for me to expect enough time to make a tough decision when it comes up. To clarify, what I'm asking for is a button I can press that let's me activate a reserve time bank. Look at the system that Stars has for the idea, although I think they probably give more time than is necessary. [/ QUOTE ] we really do need a time bank. if you want, you can require players to click a button to use the time bank, unlike stars where it automatically activates when a player times down. that way if someone is away from the computer or is just taking too long on other tables, it will just fold them instead of automatically using the time bank. |

Re: FTP Answers 2/22
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to mail checks within our regular delivery times. You may still withdraw funds from your Full Tilt Poker account by check, however, delays may affect the time it takes for your check to arrive. If you would like to receive checks, you must be withdrawing between $300 and $10,000. Checks can only be mailed to you once every 7 days. Please email or fax us a clear and legible copy of your photo ID along with proof of address so that we can verify your account information. The name and mailing address on your ID must match your Full Tilt Poker account information. We accept the following forms of ID: Photo ID: Driver's License, Passport, or Government-issued ID. Address Verification: Bank or Credit Card statement, Utility Bill, Cell Phone Bill, Home or Auto Insurance papers Note: Only complete documents will be accepted. We do not accept bill or pay stubs. You can email these documents to us at support@fulltiltpoker.com or fax to 1-877-TILT-FAX. Please use a resolution of 400 dpi or higher when sending your documents and make sure faxes are clear and legible or they will be asked to be re-sent. If you are using fax, make sure to include your Player ID on all pages. Once you are verified for checks, you will need to request a cashout through the Cashier window for the amount you want to cash out. After pressing "OK", you will receive an email from us that your request is being processed and when it has been approved. We apologize in advance for any delays you may experience because of this issue. Rest assured, however, that we are working to resolve this situation as quickly as possible and will deliver your funds to you at the earliest possible time. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email support@fulltiltpoker.com and we are happy to help. |

Re: FTP Answers 2/22
Can I send in a cable bill so it counts as a "utility bill." I live with roommates and that is the only bill in my name. Also, talk about the MyWebATM situation.
