At the 16s i'd shuv this, you'd be surprised what crap they call with. They think there being clever representing aces with some [censored] then think there pot commited so call.

Against an average 16er readless i'd say he has AA/KK maybe 10/15% of the time, A lower pocket pair 45% of the time, other random crap, ace high/king high, other 45% of the time.

i don`t agree with you here.
afaik the limp reraise is either AA/KK or crap. So if you hit, you`ll get stacked. or he`ll bluff you out of the pot.
Therefore i can`t see an argument for calling. Depending on Villain i will push or fold.
Readless (maybe scoping helps...) i like to fold here, because we`re even a dog vs part of his crap range like PP`s.
