He's only paying for 1 card, if he's going to see 2 he need to pay with his whole stack just as he has to do when you push the flop. I'm a retard for not adding 3 outs for the counter feiting 4s, but 6 outs still isn't close to being capable of calling getting 3:1 even with implied odds. You have a point though and I'm not saying raising to $36 is optimal.

If he calls the smallish 4 bet I think he prob calls a push - he started the hand with < 100BB's and it doesn't look as though he wants to get away from it. I'd rather just get my money in here when I am almost certainly ahead.
