I like it if you think he's firing a lot of second barrels with weak hands, which you said he was. However if he tightened up on his second barrels I would just raise flop.

I like it. Sort of standard with the descriptions given. I'm kind of surprised you posted this.

I think he looks you up with an KQ AQ or better type hand but its headsup so thats pretty standard when you are playing. I think there is a good chance he folds if he cant beat TP so I like it.

b) if he does show up with a hand that can call, his calling range can be light and you have outs.

[/ QUOTE ]

This didn't come out as well as I had thought. I meant that he is likely to have air here a lot and on the off chance that he does have a hand, you'll have good equity against his calling range with your OESD and possibly the King. Can someone verify that this makes sense?

Wtf, I was playing him HU nl 3/6 earlier. He is really [censored] frustrating, 3 bets a ton and seems like a very good hand reader.

yea it makes sense but you didnt need to use that many words. "its a good bluff because alot of times he has air and you have outs anyway"

AK,

What about this board texture makes you think he would abandon his frequent "double barrel OOP" strategy and check without a hand?

[/ QUOTE ]

The more I think about it, it doesn't seem like an awful shove. However, I've never played this guy and I don't think many people will double barrel OOP on this board. So many hands can shove the turn on him that I think he has to have some kind of hand to make this second bet. However the image you've described seems pretty crazy. I just think he'll call a good percentage of the time and this play can be seen as somewhat spewing.

Also, I'm not sure about his 3 bet frequency on flops but I think raising this flop and either betting turn or peeling off a free card would be the ideal play on this hand.

Seems totally fine to me. Its a good bluffing line with the stack sizes and villian you described.

The funniest part about all of this is that you actually did say all of this, and decided to include it in the hand history.
