Don't overlook using a woman as a wingman. If you have women that are good friends, not only will you get slam dunk shots at all of her girlfriends, but you will likely get action from her from time to time.
Sometimes a strong referral works wonders.

I've got a buddy who's a great wingman, up until the point where I'm about to take the girl home.
For example, I'm at a kick back last weekend. Isolate this girl, and we start vibing. She mentions that she really wants to make out. I grab her hand and take her to the hallway leading to the bathroom, it's secluded, and away from all the party goers. One thing leads to another, and we're making out hot and heavy. Like, get-a-room type making out. I tell her I need someone to watch Beerfest with (couldn't care less about actually watching the movie), and she obliges, goes and grabs her coat. My coat is in the opposite direction so I go and get mine, and when I come back, my buddy has his arm up against the wall, and he's in her face. He's not mad or anything, it was really loud in this particular venue, and he's trying really hard to get something very important across. He ends up distracting her for about 2 or 3 minutes, all while giving me the "one more minute" finger gesture as I'm giving him subtle clues to SHUT THE [censored] UP and let me take her home. Eventually he breaks conversation, I tell her I'm ready to go, and OF COURSE while he was blowing smoke up her ass, her mind went from [censored] ME, to needing to wait for her GF. I just left...
