Bad habits and coldness get passed down through the generations even easier than good habits and warmth, because they're so much easier, and if you just don't know better, there doesn't seem to be any reason to change.
My family is arctic, scary cold in some ways and warm in others. I'm hoping one day one of the generations gets it more than half right. |

I live in the same building as my parents, and I sometimes go a week at a time without seeing them or talking to them. I imagine when I move out I will not be in touch with them that much.
