Hero has 25% equity against a pair without K or A kicker.
Because of awkward stacks hero just have to assume villain did not hit a set (which is reasonable since this type of villains range consist of alot more than PPs)

Just to note though, you dont have to go broke here. You could also check the hand, and evaluate his actions and maybe get to showdown or just fold this time. You dont have to win every pot.

You could also bet the 80$ as suggested, but this will often get called and then you just look so super weak when you checkfold the turn. Still the bet has good odds and if you make weak bets with strong hands too, this is also an option
