Ok I was originally going to rant on and on about how people way overvalue the "allin shove", but then I noticed SB's stack is not that big. But nobody else likes a value raise-- maybe $150 that hell call with the straight almost every time but fold most of the time if you push fearing the flush or 910?

I think you played very well this hand, having in count the new table style.

In the river i think i would raise 300, or even push allin, depending on reads of your villain

the only hand you could remotely fear is A8c, but there's far too many hands that pay off a shove than the one realistic hand that beats you

Thanks everyone for the comments. I totally agree on the "fold the flop" I only played the hand 'cos I was gonna go to bed, it was sort of the cap hand

Results: I called the $100 bet, and Villain indeed showed Ac8c for the nut flush...

Raise PF. I would rather muck than limp unless you have been getting 3-bet a lot and people are cold-calling raises a lot but folding to 3-bets.

Call or raise the flop. As played I would definitely raise his weak flop lead there. If I had the pf initiative I would c-bet.

Bet turn. Push river.

I bet more on turn, I raise this river to 270$, instacalling a push.
