Default 3/6 Straight on the turn, flush on the river

My last hand before going to bed, the table was good earlier on but then the worst players got stacked and left and table turned weak-tight. No good read on villain.

How's my line on the turn, and how do you play the river?

preflop raise or fold
the turnplay is fine
i shove the river
it looks like he might have hit his straight and don't want that you make a cb also your bd-flush is good hidden

the only hand you could remotely fear is A8c, but there's far too many hands that pay off a shove than the one realistic hand that beats you

My initial thought was a minraise, but now I see a shove on that river. Raise or fold preflop!

if the table turned weak-tight, it should be pretty easy to bully them around.
I like the bet on the turn and I would shove the river
