Me too. After getting denied yesterday, I was successful today. Every dollar I successfully recover at this point feels good.

Withdrew at Citibank from previously loaded card an hour ago. The ATM at this branch only required a "swipe" of the card so that it could not be eaten if it did not like it, but no concern as it worked fine.

Today Sunday the 28th, 10 minutes ago, I withdrew $600 from an already loaded card (from days ago) at Regions Bank in New Orleans. The network affiliations listed on the atm were Star and Plus.

and like everyone else I am unable to reload the card.

Much to my surprise, I was able to reload 1,000 (ok 998 after their fee) today. Was shocked, but obviously happy.

i just withdrew to my debit card whereas yesterday i couldn't!

its just pending for now but soon i'll goto the atm
