Default Re: Click2pay won\'t let me open an account. Anyone have this problem?

Unfortunately, the link they emailed me didn't work. Have emailed and requested another, and tried calling, but haven't had any success. So I am locked out.

Have decided to wait a couple days and try to contact them again. Suspect they are getting slammed right now.

It was about an hour long process for me- sign up, answer the questions taken from my credit report, chat with the guy with a British accent who called me on the phone, and that's about it. I then was allowed to deposit a maximum of $100 on FTP which went through fine. I was expecting them to ask me to verify a small deposit in my bank account like Neteller did, but they didn't ask.

I'll have to wait a week to deposit again, when I'll be able to deposit $700.

Same exact experience for me. It was surprisingly easy actually (I was expecting a headache). Lag time between the email and phone call from Friendly English Chap was approx. 5 minutes. I signed up at approx. 9:30 AM EST.

No problem here either. I'm in. Their deposit took longer then I expected, but I will chalk that up to the obvious overwhelming of business they have had to withstand in the last few days....

I'm wondering, not trying to hijak thread, but has anyone thought about buying stock in their parent company WirecardAG?

Ya it sucks they are a publc company, but fingers are crossed....

I just tried it too and they said my account has been locked as well. I don't think any of my questions were ambiguous and I'm pretty sure I got them all right... very strange.

I was just trying to warn people to be very careful. It is trickier than you think and if you screw just one question up, you may be locked out permanently.

The way they set up these things is horrible.

In real life I know a suzanne smith.

They ask do you know:

a)suzy smith
b)s smith
c)suzanne smith

ok, I click c with a small amount of confidence, but what a horrible question.

I called customer service and after a lenghty wait, got through. When I told them about the account being locked, they said it was because I failed their security checks.

How in the world did you get them on the phone? Every time I try to call the number listed on their site from the US it says the number isn't in service. I opened an account yesterday successfully I thought. I received my PAN number when I registered but I have not received a phone call from them or any emails. I can't login and have emailed them twice in the past 24 hours with no response. Their website claims they are "the way to pay." I can't say I'm impressed so far.
