Take the dog to the animal shelter if you are unable or unwilling to care for it. Small dogs are easy to place for the shelter and the dog will be better for it. You should be commended for taking care of the dog thus far. As for pissing on a dog, I have done it too, but it was a lab and we were duck hunting and the dog just went for a retrieve and it was all good.

i will talk to my friend tomorrow, see if he wants it back, after all i washed it, it smells good now. I would love to keep it, but I have flemish giant and I don't think they will get along
