Re: QQ and 3-flush flop
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I've run really dry and played maybe 5 hands in 80 and not hitting any flops at this table. Villan has been around for 3 orbits and I'm sure he's tight and very careful(passive). I've seen him limp JJ, AQs, AKo in MP. [/ QUOTE ] Sounds like the type of player to bet a weak hand on a monotone board... [/ QUOTE ] The only real indication of post flop play in his read is passive. [/ QUOTE ] Aaron is saying that players who are passive and tight pre-flop tend to be so post-flop. [/ QUOTE ] Do passive players donk this flop with air? [/ QUOTE ] I'm going with kerowo on this one. How is betting passive? From a player like this it probably means what you think it means. He has top pair with a medium kicker or a A high flush draw. When he donks the turn again I'm putting him on KJ, KQ or AQ, but there's also the possibility of a set becuase passive players like to call and donk on scarey boards instead of 3-betting. I don't mind folding here since the pot isn't huge here and the guy is so passive. |
