Default Re: Email From Doyles Room Security Dept.

One of our players said he never got an e-mail and yesterday (26th - at night) was unable to log-in. He has tried support but hasn't received an e-mail to re-set the password yet. Just an automated message that said they would reply in 15 minutes.

I tried support online and they said he just needs to wait for the e-mail with the password change.

My password finally changed yesterday (three days after receiving the email.) Today neither my old or new passwords are working. Anyone else have this happen?

A player of ours had a similiar problem. E-mail support@dbpn.com and alert them of the issue so they can reset your password. If you've already done this you probably just have to wait. All of the passwords were changed and Doyles I think is swamped with e-mails and phone calls right now from all the players who can't log-in.

Kind Regards,

Dan

I feel left out I did not get the email.

Maybe I should try logging in.
