I think most players would cap with two pair or a set on the flop. For UTG, I'm guessing JT, which we still have beat here. I don't think we are up against a boat here, unless the SB has it and has been letting everyone else do his betting, but I think a flush draw is more likely for him. I'd call and see if the river brings a double-paired or 3-flush board, and jam the river if it still looks good.
