Should i only call a 3 bet preflop with a premium hand like AA, KK, or AK? even tho it was MP that opened?

No. You should cap.

so anything else, i fold??

these are the things i need to understand. In my noobishness, i would always call a 3-bet with AQs.

what if CO raised, SB re-raised and i had AQs, then i raise? or call?? I know this is a different situation , since it could be an attempt to steal the blinds, and it might all depend on any reads, and how the table was playing
lol this game is so complicated :S

I must have made a confusing post. Let me clarify:

I don't like calling 3 cold with AQ suited or not. I would fold.

With AA, KK, AK...what I meant was, no you wouldn't call 3 cold, you should cap.

I think giving up AQs depends on the other players. If either is a lag, I think the call is okay. I think the call is also okay if the blinds are loose and likely to call.

Flop: If you were to stay in this hand, I understand the raise to isolate, but with MP2 still to act this could be a big mistake. If MP3 is a lag, the raise is fine. Otherwise, fold.

Turn: 3-betting here is extremely optimistic even against a lag.

if we are BB? These can be very dependent on the opponents we are playing. If I was going to play from the BB vs a steal & resteal, I would probably just cap. Again, I would have to know opponents.

CO open raises, Button folds, SB 3-bets and your in BB with AQs...I think this would depend on your read of CO and SB. If they are LAGgy, I could see getting involved. If your read was a blind steal from CO and re-steal from SB with any A or small pocket pair, I think a case could be made for capping here.

No reads or if you feel players a typical, I wouldn't feel too bad about tossing it.

pokertracker classified me as TAP( though it was only over a few hundred hands, so maybe not representative). Is this anywhere near being the aimed for TAG, does it mean i need to be more aggressive, which i feel i do sometimes, usually when im not sure if i have a great hand, i wimp out and call down.

Post hands that feel confusing, or you think you played poorly and we can tell you. Stats are not the most useful thing. Especially in small sample sizes, which a few hundred most certainly is.
