If Mike is as good a player as he thinks (and others) I dont see why he doesnt buy-in for more.....Two grand is lame.....tell him to man up like Mo-llagio and put 9k on the table...

Bart:

with respect to the Trish flopped set.....do you not agree that her checking behind basically means she has aces?

Would she not bet KK there in position? and if she bets KK there as a continuation bluff, I think her betting there would be fine......and if Stan flopped middle set she might build herself a pot if he puts her on AK

What a perfect example of what you were all talking about.
Not slow-playing and getting the money in the pot. Awesome and good timing too.

Her check was fine, and looks as much like KK as it does AA. So I don't think it turns her hand face up at all, it just means she is either really weak or really strong, but that doesn't mean much.

Also, Mike is playing really badly tonight.

No, people have just been trying to catch him bluffing lately. Isn't it obvious that they have chosen the wrong spots?

I still have to disagree with you there......will Trish not bet KK on an A high flop when checked to her in position?

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

In my opinion of Trish's play, I think she would have bet with KK on that flop heads up. If she gets called, she can play from there.

I swear to god that if Im Stan and I flop middle set in that spot and trish checks the flop and then check-raises the turn I fold so fast....she can ONLY have AA in that spot, no?
