What's the deal with that All In button when AK moved in against K6? It looked like it came from the dealer. Something new at the Bike? Or just this dealer?

I remember Bart commenting on how tight Maurice was playing last week, and that only lasted for an hour or so. It's just a matter of time before he cannot help himself and starts playing like he normally does

It did come from the dealer, I don't know if it's specific to the table, or with the Bike.
