Got mine around noon.
However, on Friday, when I double checked, they told me I needed to play more to clear my WR, even though they'd previously told me I'd cleared it.
Took a loss of just over $50 here, but that's worth it just not to have to deal with their CS anymore.

It showed in my account on Monday the day of processing and when I contacted support they informed me that it should show sometime during the day or night. But I requested a cashout on the wed before so that may have an effect on processing time.

Go with live chat... I've emailed them a few times and I've never heard one thing back.
And yeah, if you don't get paid on Monday, it didn't go through. Check under "deposit" and see if you still have a pending cashout.

You were right....went under deposit and redid it...talked to live support and they told me they didnt receive the documents, even though I sent them on Thursday....so i resent them..i knew i should have put my head over these guys...

i sent it twice as well but after checking with live support on sunday about a dozen times, i cashed out no problem. Just make sure to ask on sunday if ur all set

Yeah, you're SOL for a week, mtx. Your best bet is to hit up their live chat and see what their latest excuse for not paying you is.

I have been put off for 3 weeks now.....
These clowns require "more information" even though I already sent in my driver's license, passport, and bank statements..
They even said it was "ready to go" on Sunday evening...
