Default Thouroughly Confused on Winward - A little help?

OK.
This Winward bonus is confusing as crap.

Current situation:
Deposited $250 for 100% bonus.
Ran incredibly poorly on Bacarrat, and had my cash balance at around $90 by the time I hit the first 15x playthrough.

So after the first 15x now, I have $81 in my cash account, and $250 in my bonus account.

Do I just play it out for the second 15x and then cash out?

I think it is a sticky (type 2) bonus.

Bonus credits are deposited into a special Bonus Account. The winnings from wagers placed using your Bonus Account will be credited to your CASH account. However, the Bonus credits remain in the Bonus Account only, until they have all been used. Maximum Bonus amount: $250 US.

My advise: withdraw the 81 you have and run up the free 250 untill you win a bit cashout the winnings try again. ($5 /10 per bet)

Ugh. Seriously? Yesterday CS told me that after the second 15x playthrough, the bonus would transfer to cash, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if that was wrong.
Really regretting making a deposit here in the first place.

well I'm not sure what they told you but I just read the T&C on their website. (Like you should have before making a deposit)

Any way if they told you the 15x playthough for the bonus to become cashable they should stick to that and you should playthrough it since it is EV+

What I would do is this:

Go to live chat
Ask:

Will the bonus stay in you account when you cashout now.
If so: cashout the 81.
If not: Do not cashout.

Ask
Is the bonus cashable when I play it 15x more.

If so: grind trough it at $1 per bet (maybe autoclicker) since I feel that you want to minimize losses

If not:
use the $5 or $10 bets as described earlier

OK.
I did read the T&Cs as well, but I wasn't 100% clear on them. So that's my bad.
Hopefully CS sticks to what they said, I guess... but they didn't seem incredibly clear on the T&Cs either.

OK. Finally figured out what I needed to do. Ended up making $35. Which I'll definetly take seeing as I thought I was out $240.
Thanks for the help maxxie.

Don't party too soon. You didn't go through the possible horror called "cashing out at Winward", yet.

If the cashout is a bug hassle, I imagine I'll pitch a bitch over at Casinomeister.
No excuse for the CS people not knowing the T&Cs, but if I get my money easily, I'll let it slide.

If I remember correctly, I had to fax Winward a photo copy of my drivers license and a utility bill. I did fax both and then they stated they couldn't read the fax of my driver's license so they asked if I could email a photo copy. I scanned my driver's license and put it in an email and sent it off. They were fine with that and then they cashed me out. It really helped having a scanner and fax at my disposal. This and being in constant contact with customer support while getting through the verification made it not too bad. CS is pretty bad there though especially emails. Just call CS until they say they've got everything. It took me about 1/2 hour to one hour to get all done. Winward has been the only one so far where I was concerned about getting my money but I did get it once I went through the above.

So let me get this straight.

Do you get the bonus credited to your cash balance after wagering 15x OR 30x?

Are you able to withdraw your initial deposit + winnings after wagering 15x or 30x?
