If UTG raises small and then comes over your LP raise, I would be more worried. MP will virtually always raise KK or AK here to isolate so you're a solid favorite over anything but AA. Since UTG is still in the hand I think I push here to knock him out in case he has an Ace or King in his hand while MP has a pair lower pair.
