Default $100NL QQ in tough spot

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Hero ($100)
SB ($100.24)
BB ($43)
UTG ($109.93)
MP ($110.62)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $3.5</font>, MP calls $3.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $13</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG calls $9.50, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $41</font>, Hero ?

I'm not to worried about UTG, he's pretty bad. MP is 43/11/1.2 over 113 hands. I think I have to fold here, right? Not much where I'm ahead of.

I apologize if I'm posting quite obvious hands, I'm just checking some (at least for me) tough spots.

I really hate calling given we will have almost half our stack in the middle and when an A/K flops we will be in a tough spot

I think his most likely hand is something like AK or TT, if he picked the correct time just to call with AA or KK he gets my stack (unless his stats are like x/2.1/x)..

His hand range is very favored toward something like a pocket pair. I think you are way good here.
