PF-std
Flop-on a live 3/6 game I would lead out, too, as you had raised PF and on these generally passive tables you might not have anyone else bet for you to raise.
Turn-std
River-I will admit that value betting or the lack thereof is something I am trying to work on. Although there are now possible flushes and a one card straight, I think that on such a table more times than not you will be ahead of a caller, and behind a raiser. I would therefore bet/fold, unless you thought the other player might be tricky.

Not being able to fold to a raise, I would just check-call the river.

I do think bet/fold is the correct move against normal opponents, but I hate assuming my opponent is normal if I don't know him, and with top set, it's a good a time as any to find out anyway.
