[/ QUOTE ] lol of course it is, if not open shove the turn for 2x pot. You will get folds from like 77 sometimes and A-x and 4-x will call also other draws which is good. We have like 20% equity etc which is cool.

He is not going to fold much on this flop or turn, good luck convincing him he's beat. Variance is probably the only difference in the outcome of your line and mine, and I think c-betting here is not that believable. It's definitely not an "awesome flop" either. He's calling with any Ace or 4 to make his gutshot, probably a wider range+fludh draw junk and pocket pairs. He may even just call thinking you've missed.I'd also be more inclined to bet with KT than AK because if am not behind to a pocket pair, which I won't ever fold out, I will surely be to an Ace and so I'd have no showdown value. Check raising all in > c-bet+putting villain all in turn. Check folding sometimes is not awful in this spot either, there's no money in the pot.

I still hate betting this flop because you're sure to get called most of the time.

I think everybody's missing the point here? Why is nobody commenting on the river fold. His hand looks like a 5 or air. No PP under tens bets all-in here after gero betting the flop and turn following his preflop raise. So what hands does the villainpush with? Any 5, any boat and a busted spade draw. I probably won't call here but it's pretty close.

I'm almost smelling 88-99 here. I can't really put him on a 5. I'm not sure why, but it's almost like he's letting you take the lead with what figures to be overcards.
I don't know if firing a bigger second barrel on the turn would have pried him loose, but after you checked the River, he probably just figured the 5 didn't help you and was betting whatever pair for value. I don't think this is air here though.
