your dad didn't qualify to bowl in a pba event... he just bowled the qualifier which is open to anyone who pays the entry fee....

My family operated coi-op games for many years, so I spent a lot of time in bowling alleys with my dad while he was moving or fixing games. I also bowled leagues and then ABT.

I think he qualified for the qualifier if that makes sense? He said he went through something on Wednesday to get to this.
