The question is 3 or more undefeated.
Two started in the top 10. One started off the radar. To claim that the one that started off the radar is a "lock", I think is too much "Big Ten-itis" |

if it's 3 or more, they're toast
not because of their preseason rank, but because of the schedule |

if it's 3 or more, they're toast not because of their preseason rank, not because of the schedule, but because a 1-AA team took them to OT and they only beat 2 teams all year by more than a touchdown [/ QUOTE ] |

if it's 3 or more, they're toast not because of their preseason rank, but because of the schedule [/ QUOTE ] According to the Colley Rankings, Indiana has the 18th hardest schedule in Div I. Among the top 12 teams, only USC and California have a harder schedule. (When you play two #1 teams, your strength of schedule will be pretty high). |

To claim that the one that started off the radar is a "lock", I think is too much "Big Ten-itis" [/ QUOTE ] I grew up in ACC country and currently live in Pac-10 country. I've never liked the Big 10. I just think people in this thread are underestimating the value of beating two #1 teams. That would make them an EASY #1 in the computers and no lower than 2 in the polls. |
