Re: villain limp minraises
QUOTE: Yes - but you BOTH get a pair 1 in every 300.
This makes no sense logically. You both have a pair preflop approximately 1 in 340, but once you have a pair your opponent will have a pair 4/50 x 3/49, which is approximately 1 in 16. And I stick w the verdict 'easy call'. If his range is AJ+ and big pairs, he is much more likely to hold two overcards. Your hand might be difficult to play if you dont hit a set, but that is a very weak argument to fold. Making better decisions in murky waters defines the better players I think. Goldmund |

Re: villain limp minraises
if you play 10 HU matches a day... you'll be PP>PP at least once a day... don't be donk... fold this [censored] easy... people aren't going to push all in on a low flop with AJ very often... more likely AK or a strong PP (which pwns you more often than not)

Re: villain limp minraises
Goldmund... work on reading ALL the words I say.
Clearly I have given 2 hand ranges. One that describes his preflop play... and then one I think is appropriate if he pushes the flop. They are different go figure. learn to read~ ~rob |

Re: villain limp minraises
Duuuuuuhhh....repeat please??? Here are your two quotes: In fragment1 you make it "easy call", in nr. two its become "Easy Fold". Not much reading comprehension needed. There we go:
Numero Uno: ¶ EASY CALL... you are calling a little with HUGE rewards if you hit... he likely has AQ+ or JJ+ If that flop holds a 7... or if he makes the mistake of giving you a free turn and you hit... than you could end the match right now. I wouldn't go all in on a 432 flop though... I think QQ+ or AK is most likely. But certainly go all in with a 456 flop. Easy call... easy post flop decisions... no reason to fold. ~rob ¶ ¶ Numero Dos: ¶ if you play 10 HU matches a day... you'll be PP>PP at least once a day... don't be donk... fold this (censored) easy... people aren't going to push all in on a low flop with AJ very often... more likely AK or a strong PP (which pwns you more often than not) ¶ ¶ ~rob |

Re: villain limp minraises
Dude, maybe you need to double up on the medication....Peace. What you say now is not what you state in your posts, at least not in an intelligible way.
Maybe we should settle this at the HU-table, shootout at OK Corral, best over 5 games, loser apologizes ands admits he sucks at poker, reading and and writing. Goldmund |
