villain limp minraises

blinds are 15/30 and my opponent limps
he's been folding about 1/4 of his hands, limping about 2/3 and minraisig the rest, i think he's raised 3x twice we've played about 40 hands if memory serves correct.
anyway i raise 4x with 77 i've done this twice previously in this match; he called once and folded to my cbet on the flop (A22) and folded the other time.
anyway, this time he minraises to 210 and i don't know what to do.
