you can't go wrong with assuming that an unknown is a moron. particularly at 30/60. this is true at least up to 100/200. maybe at like 200/400+ you can start assuming an unknown isn't a complete retard. but i don't know, i haven't played that high live.

I'd be a nice holiday richer if I didnt always assume that people wouldnt be dumb enough to bluff at a dry sidepot.

I was going to write "Maybe you should start bluffing into dry sidepots." but then realized it would be more productive to ask "Why do you think it is dumb to bluff into a dry sidepot?" Seems that it would be correct to do so in many cases.

Yes it is if you have a decent chance of being ahead of the allin guy. There's a good hand mike l. posted a while back where he raises his king high flush draw on the turn after a guy bet allin, and he ended up winning the whole pot unimproved when the guy with the best hand folded.
