You didn't raise enough preflop. Everyone has ignored this up to now, but this is a serious error.

You must call the push because you are 50/50 most of the time, and only a 2:1 dog against KK. Against AA youre a 9:1 dog, but being up against AA is rare. More rare given that you have one of the 3 remaining aces. You aren't deep enough & don't have a good enough read to fold here.
