I emailed support yesterday, have been waiting a couple of days. Check out the reply I got:

The $500 promotional payment is due in the few days after you qualify. We have not been notified of the timing, or any delays, in making the payment.

Please open Cashier, and click History, to check when the payment is made.

WTF this actually means, I've got no idea. I figure I'll give it a couple more days and then go back for clarification..

really sorry to keep bumping this guys but i still havent been paid and my emails seem to be getting ignored....

is there a long backup?

what should be my next course of action?

Everyone else (I think) has been paid so far so with luck you'll get it too. Were you able to register for the tourney?

thats whats worst

is that when ive asked about the money and tourney, they only tell me about the tourney, they are ignoring the money they owe...

im already registered for the tourney tho i probly wont even play it heh

Well I cleared it today and have yet to receive the money. But I went on to win the WPT freeroll so ill have to wait and see what I actually won.
